Why it still works behind a cache<\/p>\n

Two layers, decided in two places<\/h2>\n

Most popup plugins ask the server who the visitor is, which is the one question a cached page cannot answer. This one splits the decision in half.<\/p>\n

Page rules run in PHP<\/strong> and get cached along with the page. Visitor rules run in the browser<\/strong>, so they are still correct on a cache hit.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
